Elf, Elf JR, Rudolph, White Christmas, and A Christmas Story Show Packages

Below is the package of rentable items for the show. Additional pictures and details are available upon request. Contact us for quotes for renting one, multiple, or all items in the show package.

Set Pieces

​

  • 16ft Christmas Tree - Stored in two large boxes, this gigantic Christmas tree is a great centerpiece for holiday productions. Ornaments not included. The tree is not pre-lit, but rental does include enough lights to adequately cover the tree
     

  • Snowbank -This foam snowbank is about 8 feet long and perfect for characters to hide behind and interact with.
     

  • North Pole sign & Trump Tavern on the Green sign - Foam standing pole with sig
     

  • Christmas Tree (foam) - This 6ft Christmas Tree is 2D with painted UV lit bulbs. Hit it with UV lights and see it light up
     

  • Christmas Tree (flat) - This 10ft Christmas Tree has branches, light up bulbs, and decorations attached that make it appear 3D. The back part is supported by a hinged support beam
     

  • Christmas Present - This 8ft wooden flat Christmas present was designed to hide an actor on the other side, however it can be used as a scenic piece or for a big reveal
     

  • Baby Grand Piano Shell - for I Love A Piano in White Christmas and other musical scenes. Fits a keyboard on shelf
     

  • Vintage Mic Stand
     

  • Inn Check-In Desk - Rounded and on wheels. Does not come with garland, and may be faced with different material than wood
     

  • Rental Rate: Contact Us. Encouraging local pick ups only as shipping rates will be high. Any shipping or transportation costs will be included in your rental contract.

City Skyline Backdrop

​

  • Made of commercial vinyl material. Roughly 40' wide by 14' high, grommets along top of drop, designed by Angie Bemus
     

  • Onsite OFCTC Rental Rate: $250, plus labor to hang
     

  • Offsite Rental Rate: $350, plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability). 

Elf Costume Package

​

  • Character costumes included: Buddy, Jovie, Santa, Fake Santa, Charlie, Shawanda, Featured Elves, elves ensemble, reindeer costumes.
     

  • Costume originally for kid’s production, includes elf costumes for boys and girls, Santa including belly and accessories. 
     

  • This package has everything except the New York costumes. This package can also work for Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.
     

  • Costumes can be altered and hemmed, but other changes need to be approved in writing in advance.
     

  • Package travels in 4 boxes

  • Rental Rate: $400 plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability). Inventory list included. 

Winter Wonderland Drop

​

  • Roughly 40' wide by 14' high, grommets along top of drop, designed by Kitty Lipski
     

  • This is a vinyl backdrop
     

  • Perfect for productions of Frozen, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, White Christmas, Elf, and more
     

  • Onsite OFCTC Rental Rate: $300, plus labor to hang
     

  • Offsite Rental Rate: $400, plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability). 

City Skyline

​

  • 20ft Rolling City Skyline - Made up of 5 separate pieces, the units roll independantly of each other
     

  • Each of the 5 units are 4 feet long, and the tallest peak of the middle unit is 8ft tall
     

  • It is possible for less units to units, and not all 5 together. Creating just a partial sight of a city
     

  • Rental Rate: $250 for two weeks (based on availability). Encouraging local pick ups only as shipping rates will be high. Any shipping or transportation costs will be included in your rental contract.

Costume Package

​

  • Named character costumes included: Rudolph, Yukon Cornelius, Bumble, Sam the Snowman, Charlie in the Box, Spotted Elephant, Plane, Train
     

  • Ensemble costumes included: reindeer, elves. This costume package is shared with Elf Jr
     

  • Costume size range from kids small-adult small. Costumes can be used for kids and teens production.
     

  • Costumes can be altered or hemmed but other changes have to be approved in writing in advance.
     

  • Package travels in 4 boxes

  • Rental Rate: $300 plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability). Inventory list included.

Church Scene / Winter Wonderland Overlay

​

  • Roughly 8' wide by 8' high, grommets in all 4 corners with distressing, designed by John Haldoupis
     

  • This is made of dropcloth fabric material
     

  • Perfect for productions of old fashioned scenes in holiday musicals
     

  • Onsite OFCTC Rental Rate: $150, plus labor to hang
     

  • Offsite Rental Rate: $175, plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability). 

Winter Wonderland Drop 2

​

  • One of our largest drops, roughly 45' wide by 13' high, grommets along the top, designed by John Haldoupis
     

  • This drop is made of muslin fabric
     

  • A "Fall Plug" is available that overlays on top of the middle center section, if set is built similar to the picture. Not required to use
     

  • Perfect for productions of White Christmas and other holiday shows
     

  • Please note that this drop is planned to be separated down the middle creating two equal sections for traveling on and off by curtain track. Contact us if this has taken place before your production
     

  • Onsite OFCTC Rental Rate: $300, plus labor to hang
     

  • Offsite Rental Rate: $400, plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability). 

Train Units

​

  • Four double sided train units, meaning 8 seating areas, ideal for up to 16 passengers, but more could fit. 
     

  • Each unit has fabric padding on seat and back rest. 
     

  • Each unit has one wheel on the backside, ideal for easily moving on and offstage like a wheelbarrow 
     

  • Simple assembly of the back to back units may be required
     

  • Offsite Rental Rate: $225, local pick up only

Custom Gobo Package

for White Christmas The Musical

  • Four custom gobos for lighting of White Christmas the Musical
     

  • Gobos include: White Christmas show logo, The Ed Sullivan Show, Jimmy's Back Room and The Regency Room
     

  • Offsite Rental Rate: $75, plus shipping for two weeks (based on availability).
