On site support staff will assist with the overall success of your event as your "one stop shop" for putting on the perfect event.

Costs will be included in your formal estimate based on hours in the Center or Cafe and needs of your specific event, no two shows are the same! There is a 4-hr minimum on all labor, except box office staffing which is a 2-hr minimum.
Staffing at Events
Note: Not all roles are required for all rentals

Building Services - On site cleaning support for spills, bathroom upkeep, sanitation.

House Manager - Building manager from the OFC Team to assist with attendees, access, extra equipment, emergency preparedness, and site questions

Tech Support - A lights /audio technician is available to run basic set up on stage or in mini performance locations. For more complex presentations a designer may be required

Spotlight Operator/Backstage Crew - Additional support is available for running spotlight, opening/closing stage curtains, or assisting backstage

Box Office Staff - Available for selling tickets "day of show," typically 1hr prior to performance, this will be billed on your estimate. Weekday box-office staffing is available and complimentary

ASL Interpreters - Exclusively partnered with Hands-In Entertainment, will provide quality interpreters upon request

Video & Streaming Services - OFC can connect you with third party companies we've used in the past for these services.

Catering - The Old Farm Cafe has an extensive menu with full kitchen. Events held at the cafe or at the theatre can include catering for your event. Details can be found HERE

Beer/Wine & Concessions - Our exclusive in-house catering partner will handle all beer/wine and concessions for your event in our Lobby & Lounge. Drinks and snacks may be taken into the theatre.

Box Office Sales
OFC Creations offers a “one stop shop” solution when it comes to your ticketing needs. Whether it is providing a highly-trained staff member to sell your event tickets during our regularly scheduled box office hours or providing up-to-event support when navigating the back of house logistics, we are there for you.
We highly suggest using OFC Creations as your ticketing provider as we focus on the total customer experience. We aim to avoid frustration when your patrons contact us as the venue and we are unable to sell them a ticket on the spot, losing business for yourself. Our ticketing staff can help bridge that gap to ensure quality service is provided.

Staff member available to sell tickets for your event during office hours, Monday through Friday over the phone with your patrons. Patrons can purchase tickets in person during all public hours OFC's The Old Farm Cafe is open (grab a coffee and your tickets at the same time!). Take ticketing out of your mind completely!
Specially created website link with seat map of the Theatre Center or Cafe so you may create either reserved ticketing or general admission events. Customize your event page with descriptions and show graphic!
Professional ticket stock! Take your event to the next level with tickets of the same caliber as your event. Not only are they a status booster, but they make for great mementos in scrapbooks, lightboxes, or in collections.

Let us take care of the tech, no more hassle of working with tech companies and no sitting on hold waiting for an answer. Our staff is trained to work with AudienceView Professional. If something stumps us, we take care of working with AudienceView (their parent company) to get you the information you need.
Know exactly where your money is coming from: OFC Creations provides a specifically tailored event report which outlines how your sales are coming in along with your gross and net profit! We can set up daily, weekly, or monthly automatic reports on ticket sales to your point of contact upon request.

OFC Creations Theatre Center is a full-service arts center offering a variety of spaces available for rental. Uniquely, OFC also offers coordinated marketing support services to help make your event a success.
We want your event to be a successful one! Whether you are a large organization and are interested in just renting a space for your meeting or performance, or a small organization that would like to take advantage of our in-house marketing expertise, OFC Creations is the place for you!
In addition to the marketing support included in your rental, we offer two marketing support packages for an additional fee. Or alternatively, a la carte services including a graphic designer, photographer, videographer, advertising placement, and more can also be arranged.
